The 2007 elections official leaflet
[t9l07] and the
ETAN site
show this flag, absent at the parliament website.
António Martins, 11 September 2007
The flag is based on the 1999-2002 C.N.R.T.
flag, with a dark blue hoist panel taking ~2/5ths of the ~3:5 flag and the
remainder a horizontal triband of light blue, white and green. On the dark blue
area a central circular device, yellow with wide orange rim, divided 2+2+1 by
orange lines and containing on each of these five areas five things I cannot
tell apart — black, black, green, red, and orange, and eight more
things, red, on the border (better image needed!). This disc is surrounded by
23 five-pointed stars in a complex, vertically symmetrical arrangement. On the
white stripe, the word "Undertim" in black serif capitals.

A flag vaguely akin to the (old)
CNRT’s and
Falintil’s can be seen

it shows something like a medium blue square at the hoist with white stars
surrounding a mainly yellow round emblem and at the fly three horizontal
stripes, light blue over white over green with "UNDERTIM" in black serif
capitals on the white area.
António Martins, 07 April 2007
In the 2007.06.02 elections Undertim got
13 247 votes (3,19%), getting two of the 65 seats in the parliament.
António Martins, 11 September 2007
UNDERTIM’s leader is a former FALINTIL commander, Cornélio Gama,
better known as Eli Fohorai-Boot (L-Sete, L7). He is leader of the street gang
Sagrada Familia, too. Sagrada Família had important roles in the
ethnical clashes in 2006 in Timor-Leste. It is suspect of criminal actions like
robbery, extortion and arson. UNDERTIM and Sagrada Família has its
center in Baucau, in eastern Timor-Leste.
